A multi-specialist AKD team has assisted Acta Marine, a Netherlands-headquartered global player in the maritime sector, with the complex carve-out sale of its workboats division to France-based Jifmar, backed by pan-European investor Marguerite. Our team advised on the carve-out, the sale, the refinancing and the co-determination aspects.
