About Dominic Guljé
Dominic Guljé is a attorney-at-law at AKD, where he supports, advises and represents clients in relation to the legal and financial aspects of cross-border financing transactions.
Whilst focusing on takeover financing and restructuring activity, Dominic is also involved in issuing legal opinions. In addition, he advises the Dutch entities of international clients on compliance with corporate law requirements.
