About René Rietbroek
René Rietbroek is an advisor at AKD’s real estate notarial practice. He is specialised in complex apartment right divisions and the legal structure of new building projects. This involves him focusing on, among other things, multifunctional, inner-city projects and arrangements for municipal provisions in relation to new building projects.
René also has plenty of experience with leasehold, rights of superficies and transactions for Dutch parties, and with turnover tax and transfer tax issues. René’s clients include project developers, investors and government bodies.
