About Martijn Evers

Martijn Evers is an attorney-at-law and partner at AKD who specialises in drawing up and advising on (international) commercial trade contracts, such as production, purchase, sale, intragroup, commission, surety, guarantee, rental/lease and other continuing performance contracts, as well as sales channels (agency, commission and direct sales, distribution, e-commerce and franchise).

Martijn litigates frequently in legal and arbitration proceedings on the formation, fulfilment and determination of (international) commercial trade contracts.
