About Mark Putting

Mark Putting is a lawyer at AKD who specialises in employment law. Mark has over ten years experience advising and litigating on restructurings, individual dismissals, disputes over non-competition and non-solicitation clauses, occupational disability and a range of flexible employment matters.

He also assists companies and works councils with co-determination issues, and has accumulated a wealth of knowledge on issues concerning the scope of collective bargaining agreements and pension schemes, one being over the question whether membership of an industrial pension fund should be compulsory for companies.

Mark acts as the go-to sounding board for many HR managers, officers and shareholders. He combines in-depth knowledge of the law with the ability to explain and handle matters in a straightforward and pleasant manner.

Mark regularly gives presentations on employment law issues, briefing his clients on trending legislative and case-law related topics.
