AKD has assisted GeoJunxion NV, a Dutch digital geo-data provider listed on Euronext Amsterdam, with the take-private sale of its entire business to a consortium of two private equity funds, who are also large shareholders, to be followed by the dissolution of GeoJunxion and a delisting from Euronext Amsterdam.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including shareholder approval. Irrevocable undertakings to vote in favour of the transaction reflecting almost 50% of the votes have been obtained.

The AKD team guided the company every step of the way, from the strategic considerations and the take-private sale process to the preparations for the dissolution and delisting from Euronext Amsterdam.
