An AKD deal team has advised Mployee, a provider of Salesforce-based solutions for the temporary employment sector in the Netherlands on the sale to Bullhorn.

Bullhorn is a company providing software for the acquisition and temporary employment sector. With this acquisition, Bullhorn can combine the mid-office solutions that Mployee offers with Bullhorn's own front-office, creating an enterprise end-to-end solution built on the Salesforce platform. This will help the company offer better support to the agencies worldwide that use the company's products.

The AKD team was led by Nathalie van Woerkom, and further consisted of Thijs Legters, Tycho Heijnsbroek, Peter Cohen and Jurriaan Puijpe (Corporate M&A), and Ludo Luijks and Maud Plattel (Tax).
