A multidisciplinary AKD team has advised on the cross-border sale of Netherlands-based Clinical Trial Service B.V. (CTS) to US-based PCM Trials, in close collaboration with M&A advisor Transition Corporate Finance.

PCM Trials is a company that provides mobile research nurses for decentralised clinical trials. Clinical Trial Service B.V. (CTS), founded in the Netherlands, is a private company for clinical research and has provided for renowned names in the pharmaceutical industry.
With the acquisition of CTS, PCM Trials further expands its global footprint.

Led by Carlos Pita Cao, the AKD team consisted of David Molenaar, Tycho Heijnsbroek and Vincent Langenhuijsen (Corporate M&A), Ludo Luijks and Maud Plattel (Tax), Floris van Westrhenen (Real Estate), and Pascal van Schaik and Maikel Doting (Employment).
