About Vincent Bettonville

Vincent Bettonville is a partner and lawyer at AKD who has more than 20 years' experience in financial legal practice. Vincent supports and advises primarily in conjunction with restructurings and operational asset, acquisition and project finance transactions. He also advises international clients on corporate structuring (tax structures) and on the financial and corporate laws of Curaçao.

Vincent acts on behalf of international clients primarily in Europe, the US and South America, as well as large Dutch clients. Vincent's most recent transactions include:

  • Advising one of the largest data centre providers in the world, listed on the New York Stock Exchange, on various finance and corporate related matters, one of which concerned the refinancing of the company;
  • Assisting a pharmaceutical company with the new multi-currency revolving credit facility for general corporate and working capital purposes of its entire group;
  • Assisting Panattoni with various cross-border financing deals and providing legal assistance throughout the year in relation to general corporate matters and other legal aspects involving Dutch law expertise;
  • Advising on the refinancing of the funds facilities of three PBBE funds;
  • Assisting a Dutch full-service logistics company in corporate and finance related matters.
