About Nadine Platenburg

Nadine Platenburg works in AKD's Banking & Finance team at our Amsterdam and Rotterdam offices. She specialises in matters relating to corporate and property law, cross-border financing transactions (syndicated and club-credit facilities, LMA documentation), loan finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and restructuring matters.

Before Nadine joined AKD in November 2021, she worked at another big law firm. Nadine was furthermore involved as a lecturer at Leiden University.
