About Jamaal Mohuddy
Jamaal Mohuddy is a partner and lawyer at AKD. He specialises in environmental law and, more specifically spatial planning. He also focuses on government liability where it interfaces with environmental law.
Jamaal has considerable experience with advising and representing both public authorities and businesses in legal proceedings before both the administrative and the civil courts. Examples of these include disputes about zoning plans and environmental permits for (major) construction projects and the resulting damage. He is also involved in administrative enforcement arising from, among other things, violations of environmental regulations.
Jamaal regularly publishes articles in various (academic) journals, with an emphasis on environmental law and, by extension, construction law.
