About Erik Gramberg

Erik is an Of Counsel at AKD. He specialises in construction and real estate. He mainly assists project developers, investors, housing associations, municipal authorities and builders in the formation of contracts like development agreements, public-private partnership (PPP) contracts and design, build, finance, maintain and operate (DBFMO) contracts and other cooperation agreements.

Because of his expertise, years of experience and other professional qualities, Erik is also often asked to act on behalf of all parties involved in the formation of a complex contract.

In addition to providing assistance in the formation of contracts, Erik provides advice and conducts legal proceedings regarding construction disputes, purchase contracts and other real estate-related issues.
