AKD’s cross-practice M&A team has advised on the sale of our long-standing client Andus Group to private equity firm Gilde Equity Management.

Andus Group is an internationally active holding company with 14 leading and independent subsidiaries, spread across Refractories, Steel Structures and Specialties divisions.

The current management of Andus Group will stay on and continue its day-to-day management.

The multidisciplinary AKD team was led by partners Vincent Wibaut and Lennart Crain.
